How it works
Your connector runs on your server
Your own server, reached over the internet. Nothing of yours runs inside the shop's site.
iVendNext calls it over a signed contract
The payments core asks your connector to authorise, reverse and report a payment's status, and to refund a wallet payment, each call signed. When a payment completes later, on the customer's phone for example, your connector calls back.
One way to pay per connector
Cards, mobile money or a wallet. A provider with two of them publishes two connectors.
Certified before it takes money
Your connector passes our payments conformance kit on your sandbox site. You send the sealed report to our certificate service and get back the production certificate, with no one at CitiXsys to wait for and no pilot store.
Listed for every shop
After our review it is listed here with your company as its maker. You sell it to your own customers.
What keeps the money safe
- The cashier sees the amount before any payment is asked for, and nothing changes it afterwards.
- Every answer from your connector is checked whole. An answer that does not add up is refused, never guessed at.
- When an answer is unclear, the core asks your connector for the payment's status, and tells a person if it stays unclear.
- Card numbers must never pass in clear through iVendNext or through your connector.
