What it does
The door for a payment provider a partner connects to the iVendNext POS.
What it does
- A partner's connector, on the partner's own server, takes card, mobile-money or wallet payments at the till.
- Each connector passes our payments conformance kit and holds a production certificate before it takes money.
- Every payment is recorded in iVendNext and can be recovered if a connection drops mid-payment.
How to set it up
- Get three things from your partner: the certificate, the connector's address and the signing secret chosen for your site.
- In Desk, open Remote Connector and add one with those three. Give your partner the site id and callback address it then shows.
- Open Payment Account and add one with the connector as its provider, then Payment Connection: test it, then an approver presses Go live.
- On the till's POS Profile, add the payment method Go live created, then take a small payment to check.
Good to know
- Your partner builds and certifies the connector.
- Payments go to your partner's connector at the address in its certificate.
- No partner connector is released yet.
