What it does
Keep each item's warranty period in your shop.
What it does
- Set a warranty in months for one item, or for a whole item group.
- An item's own term is the one a connected service should use before its item group's.
- A Desk page, IVENDNEXT WRC Warranty, has a shortcut to the terms.
How to set it up
- In Desk, open IVENDNEXT WRC Warranty and choose Warranty terms, or search for IVENDNEXT WRC Warranty Term.
- Press Add and choose Item or Item Group, then the item or group and its months. Retail Managers add terms.
Good to know
- The terms are stored, not shown at the till by themselves: a till key or service you connect reads them.
- Only a System Manager can delete a term.
- Nothing leaves your shop.
