What it does
Web orders a store must pick and hand over, in Desk.
What it does
- Web orders to pick: submitted sales orders still to deliver that carry the web shop's order number; filter it to your store's warehouse.
- Waiting for collection: the Delivery Note list filtered on Status To Bill or Completed, Is Return No, % Returned below 100, Handed over No, Customer's Purchase Order No set, your warehouse and a date from the install.
- On each delivery note, Handed over and Collected by record the hand-over; its history shows who and when.
How to set it up
- Search Desk for Click and collect: it opens your sales orders and delivery notes and says where the two lists are.
- Search Desk for Web orders to pick and filter Set Source Warehouse to your store's warehouse.
- In Delivery Note, set the filter above with Date on or after today, and save it as Waiting for collection (each person saves their own).
Good to know
- Nothing leaves your shop: no service, no outside address.
- Desk only: the till's own pickup board lists sales rung at the till. If a customer never collects, cancel the order's delivery note.
- A web order is an order with the web shop's order number; a Desk order with one shows too. A return or an amended note copies the two fields. Removing the app removes the two fields and their values; its export keeps a copy.
