What it does
Enter a phone order once; it ships from the store that serves the customer's district.
What it does
- Serving store on each Territory: the store that ships call-centre orders there; an empty district takes the store above it.
- Send to store on a draft sales order: the order and every line take that store's warehouse; the form reloads. Pressed again, nothing changes.
- Each store finds its orders in the Sales Order list filtered on its own Set Source Warehouse; a User Permission on a store's warehouse hides orders sent to other stores, not an order whose Set Source Warehouse is empty.
How to set it up
- Make the app's user: tick Is Desk User, no User Permissions; generate its API key.
- In Role Permissions Manager give one role of your own Read and Write on Sales Order, Read on Territory, Customer and Warehouse; give the user that role alone.
- On the feed registration IVENDNEXT CCO Routing feed choose that user as Application User and leave it off; in the App library open Details and press Connect again.
- In Retail Extension Subscription open Send to store service (installed off), read what it is sent, tick the consent, switch it on; then switch on Send to store in Retail Desk Action.
- On your Territory tree set a Serving store on each district: a store warehouse of the same company, never a group.
Good to know
- Each press sends the order's name and territory, the agent's user and language to call-centre-orders.ivendnext.app (CitiXsys). The service reads the whole order (customer, addresses, lines, prices) and writes it back with the new warehouse, keeping none of it.
- The app's user can read and change every sales order and read every customer, territory and warehouse: give its role to no one else.
- Drafts and bundles' parts too, one order at a time; an edit saved meanwhile is never overwritten. A store's tax or prices may change the total: the agent is told. Removing the app removes the Serving stores (its export keeps a copy).

Click and collect
A Desk board for the web orders a store must pick and hand over: the web orders still to pick, and on each delivery note who collected it. Nothing leaves your shop.
Coupon rules
Rules for your own coupons, checked at Pay: a coupon for a customer's first purchase only, or only for customers in one group. The cashier sees why a coupon is refused, removes it and pays. A coupon with no rule passes while the app's setup is right.
Duty-free allowance and boarding pass
For airport stores: the boarding pass is scanned onto the sale, and at Pay the app checks the flight and each passenger's duty-free allowance, earlier sales on the same pass included.
