UAE tax invoice receipt
The till's receipt laid out as a UAE tax invoice, in English beside Arabic: your tax registration number, each line's VAT rate and the taxable value at each rate.
What it does
Your till receipt, laid out as a UAE tax invoice.
What it does
- Prints Tax Invoice, or Tax Credit Note with the original invoice's number on a return, every label in English beside Arabic; a reprint is marked DUPLICATE.
- Shows your company's name, address and tax registration number, the invoice number and date, and the customer's tax number when the sale has one.
- Lists each item with its VAT rate, then the taxable value at each rate, the VAT, any charges, the total and the payments.
How to set it up
- In Desk, open your Company and fill Tax ID. Add its address, and the logo if you want it printed.
- On each till profile that should print it, choose the print format IVENDNEXT RCP UAE Tax Invoice.
Good to know
- Have your tax adviser check the layout against the rules that apply to you: it does not print the buyer's address.
- It computes no tax: every amount is the sale's own.
- The app cannot choose the print format for your tills: that is a setting on each till profile.
- It adds a print layout, which runs inside your site when printed like any print layout; it names no outside address.
