Till field rules

Your own words and fields on the till, with no code: Product for the item name, Stars for points, no email field, a phone required. The rules are rows of a till theme you save as IVENDNEXT FLD Till.

What it does

Change the words and fields on your till, with no code.

What it does

  • The sale's line shows Product instead of the item name.
  • The customer's card says Stars instead of points.
  • The new-customer form has no email field.
  • A new customer must have a phone number.

How to set it up

  • Before you get the key: in POS Studio, open the Standard till theme, change its name to exactly IVENDNEXT FLD Till and choose Save as a new theme. The Standard theme itself cannot be changed, and any other name is refused at install.
  • Install the app.
  • Give the IVENDNEXT FLD Till theme to the till profiles that should follow these rules: on each POS Profile, set Theme (Till, Tablet and Phone).

Good to know

  • The phone rule applies as soon as the theme is on a till profile. The other changes reach each till on that theme the next time it starts.
  • Uninstalling removes exactly these four rules and leaves your theme as it was.
  • Nothing leaves your shop.
  • The app adds no new field or button. To see its four rules, open the IVENDNEXT FLD Till theme in POS Studio and look at its Fields tab.
