What it does
Talk to your customers where they already are.
What it does
- Messages can go out automatically when a sale or an order is saved, using the templates you choose.
- Campaigns to a list of customers, with templates approved by Meta.
- Customer replies are kept in iVendNext.
How to set it up
- Have a WhatsApp Business account with Meta (or a WASender subscription) and its access details to hand.
- In Desk, open WhatsApp Account and add one: its type, name and the provider details. Set Status to Active and tick Is Default Outgoing (and Is Default Incoming to keep replies).
- Open WhatsApp Templates and add a template. Meta reviews it, and you can send it once it shows APPROVED.
- To send automatically, open WhatsApp Notification and add a rule: the record to watch, the event, the field holding the phone number and the template.

Points and rewards: customers earn points on what they buy and redeem them at the till, and the cashier sees each customer's balance during the sale.
Gift card on spend
A sale over your threshold earns the customer your own gift card, spendable after a hold (24 hours by default). One card per sale, or one for each full threshold. Cancelled or returned sales void unused cards. The card is not on that sale's receipt.
Customer-owned loyalty
Your own loyalty program, with your own tiers and cash-back rules: members, plans and cash back kept in iVendNext, and a member's status on the till.
