Earn points on purchases, spend them at checkout.
What it does
- Each member is one of your customers, enrolled in a loyalty plan.
- Points build up from purchases or visits, by rules you set.
How to set it up
- In Desk, open Loyalty Setup and fill every required field, including the Expense Account and Cost Center, then save.
- Open Loyalty Level and add the levels: its Loyalty Program, the value a customer needs to reach it, and what a point is worth.
- Open Loyalty Plan and add a plan: its code, program, type, dates and Duration, the earning rules in Plan Details and the stores it applies to, then tick Active. Only active plans award points.
- Open each customer, tick Loyalty Member and choose the Loyalty Program.
