What it does

See what you will sell, what to reorder and how cash will move.

What it does

• Stock: predicts use per warehouse and drafts a purchase order when stock runs low.
• Sales: predicts what each customer will buy next and flags customers at risk of leaving.
• Cash: projects cash flow, revenue and expenses, with alerts.

How to set it up

• In Desk, give the people who use it the Foresight Manager role, with Stock Manager, Sales Manager or Accounts Manager for their own area.
• Get your master data in order: flag the items to forecast, and set each item's lead time and default supplier.
• Open Foresight Settings and check the confidence threshold, the forecast period and the alert threshold. Set the cash trigger and critical cash thresholds: they are set per business and have no default.
• Keep automatic purchase orders off, or draft only, for the first two weeks.

Good to know

• Automatic suggestions are saved as drafts for your team to review.
• It uses your own iVendNext data and no outside system.
• Your partner adds it to your site.
