What it does
- The panel knows which screen you opened it from.
- Every reply and draft follows your role's permissions, and every step is logged.
How to set it up
- CoPilot's round button shows for the roles it is turned on for. If you do not see it, ask your partner.
- Check people's roles in Desk: everyday staff see only their own data, and analytics need a management role.
- Click the round CoPilot button at the bottom right of any page and ask a question. CoPilot asks you to confirm before it creates, changes or submits anything.
