SAP Business One
Keeps iVendNext and SAP Business One in step: master data such as customers, products, warehouses and price lists, and your stores' sales, returns and stock transfers posted to SAP Business One.
What it does
Your stores on iVendNext, your books on SAP Business One.
What it does
- Keeps your customers, suppliers, products, price lists and warehouses in step between iVendNext and SAP Business One.
- Posts your stores' sales, returns and stock transfers to SAP Business One.
- Shows every sync in the SAP B1 Integration Monitor, so you can see what failed and retry it.
How to set it up
- Set it up on a fresh site: the first load takes master data from SAP Business One, so do it before you add your own customers, items or warehouses.
- Before you set up a store's warehouse, create a cash customer whose name is 15 characters or fewer (SAP Business One limits that code) and set it as the warehouse's Cash Customer.
- Ask your SAP administrator to install the iVendNext add-on in SAP, create the SAP user CXSIVEND and open the five stock tables to queries in the Service Layer.
- In Desk, open SAP B1 Integration Configuration Manager and fill Service Root URL, Company Database Name, SAP User Name, Password and Database Server Type. A connector licence is needed.
- Open SAP B1 Integration Settings and set who is told about failures.
Good to know
- A sync that fails is kept: retry it from the SAP B1 Integration Monitor.
- It sends your sales and stock to your own SAP Business One server, at the address you enter.
- Your partner adds it to your site.
- Used by
- Finance team, Shop administrator
